Warranty replacements can take up to 4 – 7 working days.
Products must be returned with the original box, manuals, and invoice in order to claim warranty. Kindly note that warranty cannot be claimed without these items.
Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects. Warranty will not cover physical damages, drop damages, external or internal burnt damages, cosmetic damages, repairs, disassembly, modifications, or water damages.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, Haylou.lk shall either repair the product, replace it with a new product, or provide a credit note against future purchases. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the warranty claim process. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return. The product must be sent with the original box and any included accessories.
